Successful referrals to Finalis are eligible for up to $1,000 per referral following successful referral signing, subject to the terms and conditions below.
Successful referrals to Finalis are also eligible to receive 25% of the first year’s commissions received by Finalis Securities, subject to the terms and conditions below.
1. A successful referral must sign an order form with Finalis within 90 days of referral. Order forms of $24,000 or more annual subscription fees are eligible for a $1,000 referral bonus. Successful referral resulting in signed order forms of less than $24,000 annual subscription fees are eligible for a $500 referral bonus.
2. Your referral must be new and not a member of Finalis's active pipeline. Your referral must be known to you.
3. Your referral must come through the dedicated landing page www.finalis.com/referrals2026 and must list you as the source of the referral.
4. Referral bonuses are payable after the referee's U4 is filed with Finalis. You must be a registered representative of Finalis Securities in good standing at the time of payment to receive the referral bonus.
5. Finalis Securities commissions received are measured during the one year period commencing on the date the referee's U4 is filed with Finalis.
6. Your share of the commissions received by Finalis from your successful referral during the one year period will be paid within 120 days of period end.
7. You must be a registered representative of Finalis Securities in good standing at the time of the payment to receive your share of commissions.
8. Your referral must be a registered representative of Finalis Securities in good standing at the time of any payment to you.
9. Finalis will issue you a 1099 at the end of January of the year following payment of your referral bonus for amounts greater than $600. You are solely responsible for all taxes due on referral amounts.
