Todd is the Managing Partner and CEO of Herington LLC, where he invests in and advises growth-stage companies and private capital platforms. He previously co-founded and co-headed Citi Private Equity & Mezzanine Partners, an $11 billion AUM platform. He began his career as an investment banker at Salomon Brothers. Todd serves on the boards and investment committees of multiple private capital firms.

Larry is a co-founder and Managing Partner of SilverCircle, a community-driven venture fund, and serves on the board of The Nest Campus. Across nearly three decades, he has advised on more than 300 transactions representing over $275 billion in aggregate deal value. Larry most recently served as Co-Chair of Goodwin's Global M&A Group, which was ranked #1 in the world by deal volume for six consecutive years.

Annie is President of Skytale Group, a boutique investment banking, management consulting, and private capital firm. She previously co-founded and served as co-CEO of Column, a nationally chartered infrastructure bank, where she now serves as an Advisor and Board Member. Earlier in her career, Annie worked at Bain & Company and Goldman Sachs, and was an early employee at several Silicon Valley startups.

Tom is President and CEO of Scopus Financial Group, which advises broker-dealers and investment advisers on regulatory compliance. He previously served as FINRA's Executive Vice President of Regulatory Policy and Legal Compliance Officer, where he oversaw Corporate Financing, Advertising Regulation, the Office of Financial Innovation, and the Corporate Office of the General Counsel. Tom holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Ross serves on the Board of Trustees of the Institutional Investment Strategy Fund. He has spent his career in financial services as a lawyer, banker, and co-founder. He served as Partner and General Counsel at Qatalyst Partners, a senior lawyer at Silver Lake, Co-Founder and General Counsel at AXOM Partners, and Director at Credit Suisse. Ross also held General Counsel roles at CODE> Advisors and Explorer Acquisitions.
