Finalis pricing is built around partnership.
Finalis pricing supports Independent Investment Bankers, M&A Advisors, and Private Placement firms. Our broker-dealer affiliation is designed so that our success stays tied to yours.
How Finalis affiliation works
1. One-Time Onboarding Fee ($500)
2. Annual Membership Commitment
3. Commission Split.
At Finalis, we believe the best partnerships are built on aligned incentives. The Annual Membership Commitment and Commission Split are designed to scale with you. Finalis does not earn any commission splits until your success fees break even with the annual membership. This way, we only succeed when you succeed. The prices and percentages can be tailored to your firm's size, expected production, and stage of growth.
Let's find the right fit for your firm
Every firm is different, so the first step is a conversation. On a call with our team, we'll learn about your current practice, transaction activity, and where you're headed. Then we’ll walk you through how a Finalis affiliation would work for your specific business. Once we understand your firm, we'll put together a tailored commercial structure that we can discuss. No obligations.

Frequently asked questions
How is Finalis pricing structured?
+
Every affiliation consists of three components: a one-time $500 Onboarding Fee, an Annual Membership Commitment, and a Commission Split. The Annual Membership Commitment and Commission Split work together as a single commercial model tailored to your firm's production and business needs.
Is pricing the same for every firm?
+
No. Every investment banking practice is different. Pricing is tailored based on factors such as your firm's production, expected transaction volume, transaction structure, and stage of growth.
How does the process work?
+
Every firm's business is unique, so we start with a conversation, not a quote. On a call with our team, we'll learn about your current practice, transaction activity, team structure, and where you're headed. Then walk you through how a Finalis affiliation would work for your business and put together a tailored commercial structure to discuss. There is no obligation.
Are there any additional fees?
+
Your commercial relationship with Finalis consists of the one-time Onboarding Fee, the Annual Membership Commitment, and the Commission Split. Transactions processed through the broker-dealer are also subject to applicable regulatory fees and assessments, including FINRA and SIPC fees, incurred only when a transaction closes, and separate from Finalis' commercial pricing.
Do I keep my firm's brand?
+
Yes. Finalis provides the broker-dealer and compliance infrastructure while allowing you to continue operating under your own firm's identity and maintain ownership of your client relationships.
What happens if my business grows?
+
Our pricing model is designed to grow with your firm. As your production and team evolve, your affiliation structure can evolve with you without requiring you to build your own broker-dealer infrastructure.
How long does onboarding take?
+
Most firms are fully affiliated and submitting deals within 1 to 4 weeks of signing, depending on licensing requirements. Our team handles the state registration and compliance setup. You're not left navigating FINRA paperwork alone.
What if my deals involve investors or parties outside my home state?
+
Your Finalis affiliation covers registration in your home state, and our compliance team will guide you through any additional state registration or notice-filing requirements triggered by a specific transaction, so multi-state deals don't catch you off guard.
What's included in the Finalis membership?
+
The membership covers FINRA broker-dealer affiliation, compliance team oversight of your deal workflow and regulatory requirements, electronic communications surveillance, OBA supervision, E&O insurance coverage, continued education support, full platform access including deal submission, compliance review, engagement letter management, virtual data rooms and transaction documentation, a dedicated Customer Success Manager, discounted PitchBook access for eligible members, and access to the 900+ member network including Networking Events.
