Capital Introductions by Finalis Connect is a program designed to connect your deals with pre-vetted institutional investors actively seeking new investment opportunities

Capital Introductions

How it Works

1. Confirm Your Participation

By participating, you will gain direct intros to investors interested in your deals—with no up-front costs. Our platform streamlines the process, ensuring efficiency and confidentiality.

2. Deal Matching & Investor Discovery
3. Introductions & Direct Engagement

When an investor identifies a deal that fits their criteria, you’ll receive an introduction request. You maintain full control over discussions and negotiations with the investor. To ensure deal anonymity, a deal code will be used when communicating with the Capital Allocator. We will send you an email with the requested deal details, exclusively for you.

4. Continuous Opportunities

No match? No worries. New investors join the program every week, increasing the chances of future introductions.

Settings in the platform

By participating in the program, all active deals will be included by default — you can use this button to opt out on a deal-by-deal basis directly from the Deal Management interface.

How to manage this setting:
  1. Go to My Deals.
  2. Click on the deal you want to manage.
  3. Locate the Cap. Intro. button at the top right corner of the deal management page.
  4. Switch the toggle OFF to exclude the deal from investor visibility.

You can update this setting at any time.

Program fees

Participation is free. A 10% Distribution Fee, in additions to BD commissions, applies only when a deal closes with an investor introduced by Finalis. This fee covers all transactions with referred investors during the Term and Tail Period (24 months), as outlined in your agreement.
