A successful referral must sign an order form with Finalis within 90 days of referral.

Your referral must be new and not a member of Finalis's active pipeline. Your referral must be known to you.

Your referral must come through the dedicated landing page finalis.com/referrals2026 and must list you as the source of the referral.

Finalis Securities commissions received are measured during the one year period commencing on the date the referee's U4 is filed with Finalis.

Your share of the commissions received by Finalis from your successful referral during the one year period will be paid within 120 days of period end.

You must be a registered representative of Finalis Securities in good standing at the time of the payment to receive your share of commissions.

Your referral must be a registered representative of Finalis Securities in good standing at the time of any payment to you.

Finalis will issue you a 1099 at the end of January of the year following payment of your referral bonus for amounts greater than $600. You are solely responsible for all taxes due on referral amounts.
