Finalis, a broker-dealer with a customizable deal technology platform, helps investment banks manage key stages of the alternative investment deal process. Finalis’ technology is being developed to help investment banks identify targeted prospects, manage their pipeline, due diligence, and deal execution. Capital Clarity shares similar values in leveraging the latest technology to help manage their clients’ deal flow.
As a new investment bank, Capital Clarity had the opportunity to cut through the older and more antiquated investment banking operational process for managing deals, and think about the most efficient and holistic way to structure their technology stack. Most of the technology available from database management and storage systems to e-mail and more are not purpose built for investment banking, so Capital Clarity decided to create their own proprietary technology solutions, and integrated 3rd party software to manage their deals.
After exploring several technology solutions they decided to focus their efforts on any area where there was a point of failure or a manual process in place and ultimately decided to build an analytics dashboard for their clients. Capital Clarity clients can now see analytics in real-time for all of their outreach efforts in one single dashboard, thus reducing all the manual back and forth time between Capital Clarity and their clients. Clients can stay up to date with the progress that Capital Clarity is making while reducing their touch points with the Capital Clarity team.
